Valves will be fitted, hand tightened and sealed around the valve base with a small amount of latex sealant. We fill the tyres with between 35 and 60ml of tubeless sealant (depending on tyre size) and the beads are fully mounted. We then run a small amount of sealant around the beads for quick and long lasting sealing. The tyres are inflated to maximum pressure and we then maneuver and rotate them to ensure sealant is dispersed well and a good seal all around the tyre is achieved. Your wheels and tyres are then left for several hours and checked for air leakage. Once everything is sealed correctly we lower the pressures to 50 psi for shipping and off they go.
