The new HUNT Gravel Race Disc has been updated with a wider rim profile and lower system weight to make your bike both more capable and quicker under power.

With 6069-T6 alloy rim construction, offering 69% higher tensile strength than 6061-T6 alloy, and a wider 24mm internal rim dimension, the new Gravel Race is ready for your next race and all the gravel adventures between now and race day.

The anodized and shot-peened rim finish shrugs off your rowdiest lines and flung rocks for greater long-term durability. HUNT H_Ratchet 40T DBL hubs offer rapid 9-degree engagement angle with a dual-sided ratchet system designed to handle the torque loads of wide range gravel or road drivetrains. The increased 24mm internal width is optimized for modern gravel tyres, ranging from 35mm all the way up to 55mm, allowing you to confidently roam new routes. Hand-built with 24 bladed Sapim CX-Delta spokes and alloy spoke nipples for dependability, responsiveness and supreme ride characteristics.

HUNT H_Ratchet 40T DBL: Zahnscheiben-Nabensystem mit Straight-pull-Speichenaufnahme und einem 9-Grad-Eingriffswinkel. Mit robustem 6066-T6 Aluminiumgehäuse und hochfestem 7075-T6 Achsen- und Freilaufgehäuse mit Edelstahl-Einsatz zur Vermeidung von Einkerbungen und Verschleiß.

Tyres

Tubeless-ready for lower weight, lower rolling resistance and improved puncture resistance. Also works excellently with clincher tyres and tubes. Optimised for 35-55mm tyres, and compatible with 29-65mm tyres.

The CX Delta is one of the latest offerings from Sapim, offering the aero advantage of a bladed CX Ray, with the durability of a D-Light. SCFT (Sapim Cold Forging Technology) ‘Stretch’ the spoke while retaining the linear Molecular structure of the material, thereby increasing the spoke strength at the middle by at least 48%.

Das H_Ratchet System mit beidseitiger Verzahnung (mit zwei schwimmend gelagerten Zahnscheiben). Mit einer 40-Zähne-Zahnscheibe, der einen schnellen Eingriffwinkel von nur 9 Grad ermöglicht. Der Freilauf ist mit einer H_Ceramik Anti-Bite Beschichtung versehen, um maximale Langlebigkeit zu garantieren.

SPEICHENNIPPEL  

Die konische Form der Double Square Nippel ermöglicht in Verbindung mit Speichennippel-Unterlegscheiben eine noch höhere Präzision beim Laufradbau. So erzielen wir eine besonders gleichmäßige Speichenspannung und minimieren gleichzeitig die Belastungspunkte am Speichenloch. Das beugt Materialermüdung effektiv vor und sorgt dafür, dass dein Laufrad auch nach harten Einsätzen perfekt zentriert bleibt.
