Engineered alongside our Proven Carbon Race Enduro wheelset in West Sussex, UK, Proven Carbon Race E_Enduro is built to withstand the high-power world of EMTB riding and racing. Charged with building an enduro-capable carbon wheelset for full-power electric bikes, high-torque motors and long-range winch and plummet rides, our engineers developed a completely unique carbon layup and construction to offer unparalleled strength while retaining comfort and stability.

Tested in-house at our facilities in the UK and ridden to the extreme by HUNT Enduro Racer Fergus Ryan and Darkfest rider Daryl Brown, we're amped to bring you Proven Race E_Enduro!

The Proven carbon range of performance mountain bike wheels are all tuned to offer the best balance of comfort and stability for their intended purpose. Proven Carbon Race E_Enduro required an entire rethink of carbon construction methods, resin choices and precision reinforcement to provide front wheel compliance while retaining rear wheel stability on powerful electric mountain bikes.

To cope with the added torque and weight of an EMTB, Proven Race E_Enduro wheelsets also feature an increased spoke count, 32 front, 36 rear, larger guage Pillar PSR 2018 triple butted spokes and our EMTB-specific and highly durable, PhaseEngage steel freehub system with a larger 42t ratchet ring.

Die Proven Carbon Race E_Enduro nutzen ein modernes Felgenprofil mit 30 mm Innenweite und 26 mm Profilhöhe. Das Laufrad wurde speziell für die harten Anforderungen beim aggressiven E-MTB-Einsatz entwickelt: Ein einzigartiges Carbon-Layup verstärkt alle kritischen Belastungszonen, ohne das Gewicht unnötig in die Höhe zu treiben.

Speichen

Die Speichendurchmesser wurden an Vorder- und Hinterrad erhöht: Zum Einsatz kommen hochwertige, dreifach konifizierte Pillar PSR 2018 Speichen. Der Vorteil liegt im verstärkten Mittelteil von 1,8 mm, was diese Edelstahlspeichen extrem stabil macht.

Speichenanzahl

Die Speichenzahl der Proven Carbon Race E_Enduro wurde auf 36 am Hinterrad und 32 am Vorderrad erhöht. Jedes Laufrad wird von Hand in einem robusten, dreifach gekreuzten Muster eingespeicht. Die höhere Speichenzahl ermöglicht eine bessere Drehmomentübertragung und sorgt für die nötige Stabilität bei hohen Belastungen in anspruchsvollem Gelände.
PhaseEngage Hub

Die Proven Carbon Race E_Enduro verfügen über unseren E-MTB-spezifischen PhaseEngage 6x1-Freilauf. Dieser aus Stahl gefertigte Freilauf bietet einen Eingriffswinkel von 8 Grad und ist speziell darauf ausgelegt, die enormen Drehmomente moderner E-Mountainbikes klaglos zu bewältigen.
