HUNT Aerodynamicist Road Wheelsets - Class-Leading Aerodynamic Efficiency-to-Weight Performance
The Aerodynamicist Range is HUNT’s fastest range of road race wheelsets utilising conventional manufacturing methods. Drawing on tens of thousands of hours in CFD and wind tunnel testing from the ongoing Limitless Speed Project, the in-house engineering team applied key learnings to design wheels optimized for real-world speed.
Rider feedback made one thing clear: they wanted the aero efficiency and crosswind stability of the original Aerodynamicist range—delivered in a lighter package. Especially in demanding one-day races and stage events like Paris-Roubaix or the Tour de France Femmes, where repeated accelerations are decisive, system weight and responsiveness matter. HUNT engineers set out to create a new generation of race-focused wheels, designed for aerodynamic performance with 28–30mm tyres, while cutting weight and improving responsiveness.
