Our 4 Season range started with our very first wheel, the 4 Season Disc, way back in 2015. Since then, we’ve been honoured to continue developing that range to meet the needs of the most devoted riders, all around the world. Whether you live in an area of inclement climate all year round, or you take to the roads & trails to ride and train through harsh winter months, or you just absolutely love getting muddy... our disc-brake 4 Season range has grown to encompass everything you need.

 

Now with 5 different options, we thought it made sense to run through them and (hopefully) help you better understand which one is right for your riding.

4 Season Disc

26 DEEP | 24 EXT | 19 INT | 1588G

Designed for 25-30mm tyres, but will work well from 23-40mm

This is the wheel that started it all. We've updated the specs over the years, but the principle has always remained the same: maximise durability whilst minimising any drawbacks in riding characteristics. A wheel not just designed to endure the worst two seasons, but deliver performance reliably all year round.


Back in 2015, we realised that the specification and weights of the existing available 700c road/CX disc wheels were not ideal for a performance bike that would be used in all weather conditions. A lightweight, durable year-round disc wheelset was one of our first projects, and the outcome was the award-winning HUNT 4 Season Disc wheelset.

4 Season All-Road

24 DEEP | 25 EXT | 20 INT | 1629G

Designed for 28-32mm tyres, but will work well from 25-42mm

Next up is the All-Road. If you want to ride fast on the road, but allow the route to lead you down paths less travelled, then this is the wheel for you. With a slightly wider rim than the 4 Season Disc and a 28/28 spoke count, these are a slightly more versatile option.

If you ride mixed surfaces but more often on-road than off it, then this is the wheel for you. Roam, find undiscovered routes, and have a blast.

The SuperDura utilises the same rims and hubs as the All-Road, but features a mighty 32/32 spoke count for ultimate durability over the same terrain. If you’re looking to run 25-38mm tyres but want the absolutely toughest wheel possible, then these are for you.

 

A great option for bikepackers or heavier riders, as the SuperDura comes with a 130kg system weight limit.

The 4 Season Gravel has long been a staple in our range. As the next step up in terms of capability vs the 4 All-Road, it is a great option for those wanting to hit the path less travelled.

 

If you ride mixed surfaces but more often off-road than on it, then you’re in the right place. This is the only gravel wheel you'll ever need.

19 DEEP | 29 EXT | 25 INT | 1698G

Designed for 40-50mm+ tyres, but will work well from 28-50mm+

Last up is the X-Wide. This is the wheel for you if you hit the roughest of gravel or singletrack, with a 25mm (internal) rim bed to enable fitting a high volume tyre. The demands of gravel riding have taken on a whole new dimension, with riders seeking trails and routes you might usually only consider a mountain bike for.
