• Some are customer returns. In these cases, the wheels may have been returned because they were not the right choice for the rider’s bike, riding style or intended use.
• Some are our very own demo wheels, used for test rides, events or product demonstrations. They are very lightly used, sometimes just the once.
• Some are press wheels that we have sent to journalists for product testing, reviews or other media.

RE:NEW wheels may have been fitted, handled, tested or lightly ridden before being added to our refurbished collection. Our aim is to get wheels back on bikes where they belong, whilst also reducing as much waste as we can.

Every RE:NEW wheelset is individually inspected by our expert wheel builder team and our warranty guys (and girls) before it is listed for re-sale.The wheels are checked to make sure they are safe, reliable and ready to ride. Any issues that would affect performance are dealt with before the wheelset is approved. If they don't pass our rigorous tests, they will not be relisted. Period.

Your RE:NEW wheels will more often than not be in nearly-new condition, some may have cosmetic marks, but these do not affect the function, safety or ride quality of the wheelset, promise!

Grade A

These wheels are as new, with little to no visible signs of use.

Grade B

These wheels may show more visible cosmetic marks on the rim, hub or spokes, which is reflected in the price. The advantage is that they have been inspected and still have plenty of miles left in them. The grading is there to make the condition clear, so you can choose the option that works best for you and your bike.
