Through Cycle Solutions and Hunt you can choose from our wide range of wheelsets, components and accessories. Your employer will set a scheme limit, this will determine how much you're able to spend.

You choose your wheels, components and/or accessories, then you and your employer both approve the hire agreement and salary sacrifice. Once everything is approved, all in-stock orders are dispatched to your chosen address as soon as possible. You will just need to pay for shipping.

Typically, the process takes a few days but will depend on your scheme and its parameters. Once all agreements are signed and providing everything is in stock, it will be sent out as soon as possible. For bike shop orders through our partner network, we issue a letter of collection for you to go and collect your order.

• First of all ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for your company, this can be found on the order form or by calling Cycle Solutions on 0330 100 2480.

• Decide which wheelset meets your needs on our website. Add any additional components or equipment required. Remember the total value of goods must not exceed the maximum package value set by your employer.

• Request a quote from us via our online support ticket system for our Rider Experience Team to create your quote.
  
• Submit your quote via Cycle Solutions Map.
  
• Cycle Solutions will send you a hire agreement with an explanatory covering letter outlining the next steps.

• Once you have signed and returned the hire agreement your order will be
  confirmed and you will be contacted by Hunt Oder Processing Team to arrange payment for delivery and the dispatching of your wheelset.

• You will be required to pay any future outstanding gross salary sacrifice amounts as a lump sum from your final net salary payment; such a payment cannot be taken from gross pay.
• If your final salary will not cover the entire final balance payment due, then you will need to pay your employer the balance owed over and above your final salary payment within 14 days of you leaving
• If you are made redundant, the rules of the scheme mean that you will be
  treated as a leaver and therefore the above will also apply.
