The HUNT 35 Carbon Gravel will upgrade your gravel rides with better control, improved responsiveness and rock-ready durability over any terrain. With a reworked higher strength carbon layup, wide 25mm internal rim dimension and all-new ratchet hubset, this updated wheelset is ready for wide tires and whatever surface your gravel riding encounters. Light and responsive enough to race, durable enough to explore.

The new HUNT H_Ratchet 36T SGL hub system was designed specifically for durability and high torque loads, with increased engagement contact area. Brass nipples and Pillar triple butted spokes round out the handbuilt package. Whether it’s a rocky and rooty singletrack loop, a party-pace mixed-surface adventure, or your next 100-mile gravel race, this is our do-it-all gravel upgrade wheelset.

700c Hookless, tubeless-ready asymmetric profile. (Click here to find out more about hookless rim technology). Full carbon fibre construction with re-enforced spoke holes. 30mm external and 25mm internal width 35mm depth Matt black base finished with matt white contrasting graphics.

24 front and 28 rear, laced 2-cross. Triple Butted 2.0-1.5-2.0 then PSR section is 2.2. J-Bend for ease of replacement. Cold drawn from high grade T302 (18/10) stainless steel wire by Sandvik Sweden Patented Pillar Spoke Re-enforcement, butted again just before the spoke head providing more durability in high stress area. HUNT recommends a 40mm tyre for best performance, tyre widths between 29mm and 64mm are also safe to use.   Note: best performance is usually gained by using tyre pressures lower than the maximum, you can see our blog post about this, read here.  Tubeless-ready for lower weight and rolling resistance.  Only use tyres marked as compatible with hookless (TSS) rims.  You must not exceed the maximum tyre pressure limits set out in the table below or the maximum limit set by your tyre manufacturer if this is lower.

Stated wheel weights: Our stated wheel weights reflect the wheelset only; without rim tape, tubeless valves or disc brake lock rings, as is industry standard. A 3% variance (lower or higher) in total system weight is normal for wheelset manufacturing.

All HUNT wheels models have to pass our harsh cobbled-rolling-road tests for rider weight limits, please see here for more details. Max system weight 145 kg (system weight – total weight of fully kitted up rider, bike and luggage). If the system is over 120 kg then an experienced bike mechanic should check the wheel regularly.
