NO Grade (25% OFF) - As New - you won't be able to tell they have been ridden.

Grade A (35% OFF) - Light use - Slight cosmetic marks on the wheels.

Grade B (50% OFF) - Used - It may have cosmetic marks to the hub or rim and will show signs of use - they have been serviced and checked by our master wheel builders and will provide many more miles of use.

Look no further for a do-it-all carbon disc-brake wheelset than the 30 Carbon Aero Disc. Ultimate climbing performance, and incredibly capable on rolling terrain. The super-wide 27mm rim provides superior aerodynamic performance. The U-profile serves up great handling and reduces drag across multiple wind yaw-angles. The extra-wide 21mm internal rim bed opens out your tire profile providing exceptional vibration reduction, grip and low rolling-resistance. Stretch the gaps and burn the legs of your riding compatriots

KEY FEATURES_

Rims

A strong and super-lightweight rim featuring unidirectional Toray T700/T800 carbon fibre with 3K weave re-enforced spoke holes. The wide aero profile delivers excellent handling and speed.

Spokes

We chose the top-of-the-range Pillar Spoke Re-enforcement PSR XTRA models. These butted blade aero spokes are lighter but also provide a greater degree of elasticity to maintain tensions longer and add fatigue resistance.

Bearings

We use high-grade precision smooth-rolling sealed cartridge bearings. This wheelset has three of the rear hub bearings upgraded to low-friction LU/LB seals on the internal bearing face to further reduce rolling resistance whilst maintaining excellent sealing on the exposed faces.

HIGH SPECIFICATION COMPONENTS _

<h1>Nipples</h1><i>The conical shape of the double square nipple allows for increased accuracy in wheel building when combined with a nipple washer, allowing us to create evenly tensioned wheels with reduced stress points at the spoke hole.</i>
Rims

The HUNT 30 Carbon Disc was put through extensive before coming to market, including a rolling road test, pressure burst test, and real-world rider testing using our network of test athletes. To pass our rolling road test, each wheel must withstand 307 kilometers at 25km/h on the "rolling road," which consists of a rotating drum with four fixed steel bumps, measuring 10mm in height. The wheel is loaded with a 65-kilogram weight to simulate a 130kg rider's weight split across both wheels. The completed session generates 1,540,164 strikes on the rim and tyre, twice as many as required to pass standard ISO certification.

<h1>Tyres</h1><i>At HUNT we enjoy the puncture resistance and grip benefits of tubeless on our every-day rides, so we wanted to allow you the same option, but of course these tubeless-ready wheels are also designed to work perfectly with inner tubes.</i>
Rim Bed

H-Lock is our tubeless-ready rim bed profile with up-kicks to the shoulders of the tubeless steps which help to create a great rim-well seal for first installation and easy sealing of tubeless tyres. The H-Lock profile also locks the beads in place more securely once seated. This is especially important when running lower pressures off road.

<h1>Spokes</h1><i>Our team has further tuned the ride quality of the 30 Carbon Disc by selecting narrower gauge (TB2015) spokes for the front wheel to provide compliance, with slightly thicker gauge spokes (TB2016) in the rear for increased power transfer.</i>
Bearings

Precision stainless steel cartridge bearings with proprietary waterproof grease specially selected for the worst weather.

Freehub Body

Durability is a theme for Hunt as time and money you spend fixing is time and money you cannot spend riding or upgrading your bikes. As a result all our freehub bodies have Steel Spline Insert re-enforcements to provide excellent durability against cassette sprocket damage often seen on standard alloy freehub bodies.
