The Purpose.

Engineered for relentless velocity, the "Timekeeper” TT Disc maximises aerodynamic efficiency whether you're targeting a Club Ten PB or chasing a National Title. In full-bike wind tunnel testing at 50 km/h, its lenticular profile saves an impressive 8 watts compared to a standard 50mm carbon wheel. The subtly curved surface smooths airflow to dramatically cut drag while maintaining exceptional stability in crosswinds. Constructed from premium lightweight carbon fibre, it delivers unyielding stiffness, transferring every ounce of your effort directly into raw speed.

Its lenticular carbon profile smooths airflow detachment across dynamic yaw angles, cutting overall wind resistance. H_Ratchet DBL 48T drive system, features 2 floating star ratchet rings with 48 teeth, to offer a fast 7.5° engagement angle. Zinc-coated ratchet rings to maximise longevity, tested to 100,000 cycles at 250Nm of torque. Push-fit endcaps for easy serviceability. Centre lock rotor mounting. H_CERAMIK coated alloy freehub body.

Note: best performance is usually gained by using tyre pressures lower than the maximum, you can see our blog post about this, read here. Tubeless-ready for lower weight and rolling resistance. Also designed to work excellently with standard clincher tyres and inner tubes You must not exceed the maximum tyre pressure limits set out in the table below or the maximum limit set by your tyre manufacturer if this is lower.

These wheels are available with all existing disc brake road bike axle adapter sizes: Rear: 12x142mm Thru-Axle, 12x135mm Thru-Axle, 10x135mm Thru-Axle, Quick Release 9x135mm. *Shimano Microspline and Campagnolo CN3W is only available in 12x142mm. If you're not sure about your axle size, no problem - we’ve got you covered. You can simply provide your bike model after check out, and we’ll identify and fit the correct axle adaptors for you. If it turns out they’re not quite right, we’ll happily replace them at no extra cost. Please note: the axle form will appear after you’ve completed your order.

Stated wheel weights: Our stated wheel weights reflect the wheelset only; without rim tape, tubeless valves or disc brake lock rings, as is industry standard. A 3% variance (lower or higher) in total system weight is normal for wheelset manufacturing.

All HUNT wheels models have to pass our harsh cobbled-rolling-road tests for rider weight limits, please see here for more details. A max system weight of 125 kg (system weight – total weight of fully kitted up rider, bike and luggage). If a rider is over 115 kg then an experienced bike mechanic should check the wheel regularly.
