The Schwalbe G-One R is made for use on light terrain, gravel roads and asphalt. Thanks to the Super Race carcass, it combines souplesse, speed and control at the highest level.

Technologies:

ADDIX Speedgrip: The universal compound. It definitely has the widest range of use. Perfect for XC, AM and Trail: for the majority of EVO tires there’s a version with ADDIX Speedgrip. It replaces the previous PaceStar compound where during extensive use it offers more mileage and longer life. It offers you lots of everything: speed, grip and durability. Combining all three characteristics to achieve the perfect compound is almost impossible in theory, but now Schwalbe has done it with ADDIX Speedgrip to an extent that they never thought possible.

Which size to run 35, 40, 45mm?

Generally the wider the tyre the more grip and comfort will be experienced which is especially important for off road riding. The main limiting factor is the clearance on the bike that the tyres are fitted too. If space allows go for the 40c tyres, if not the 35c will still be great.

Fitting and Sealant

We can fit your tyres to your HUNT wheels prior to dispatch - just choose "fitted" option from the dropdown. Valves will be fitted, hand tightened and sealed around the valve base with a small amount of latex sealant. We fill the tyres with between 35 and 60ml of tubeless sealant (depending on tyre size) and the beads are fully mounted. We then run a small amount of sealant around the beads for quick and long lasting sealing. The tyres are inflated to maximum pressure and we then maneuver and rotate them to ensure sealant is dispersed well and a good seal all around the tyre is achieved. Your wheels and tyres are then left for several hours and checked for air leakage. Once everything is sealed correctly we lower the pressures to 50 psi for shipping and off they go. You receive your wheels and tyres set up and ready to go for hundreds, if not thousands, of miles of hassle free, low-rolling resistance, puncture-sealing riding.
