In-house testing is something we take very seriously here at HUNT and having 24/7 access to our new engineering facility and custom impact test rig ensures we are 100% confident that each new HUNT wheelset meets our high standards.   • Rims | Tailored carbon construction with 3k carbon weave reinforcement. Both front and rear rims feature tuned profiles with a future-proof 30mm internal rim width, vibration damping 22mm rim depth, and ample rim well depth for pain-free tyre installation.
  • Hubs | Precision CNC machined Hunt straight pull spoke hubs with extra bearing shielding. 5-degree RapidEngage rear hub, boost (110/148) spacing. Large double sealed cartridge bearings. Rock Shox Torque Caps are available.
  • Spokes | 28F/28R Spoke Count, Triple Butted, Cold forged, Straight pull, Pillar XTRA 1420 spokes for increased strength and low weight.
  • Tyres | Optimised for 2.4"-2.6" tyre widths, but also work very well with 2.25"-2.8".
  • Bearings | Super smooth, replaceable, 6092 RS Revo bearings offer fast rolling performance. Dual full-contact seals and long-lasting, heat-resistant grease protect against water ingress for longer service intervals.

      • Warranty, Support and Weight Limits

      All HUNT wheels models have to pass our harsh rolling-drum fatigue tests for rider weight limits, please see here for more details. 120kgs is the upper recommended rider weight limit for these wheels. Please include the weight of any luggage in your total rider weight when choosing the correct wheels. If a rider is over 110Kgs then an experienced bike mechanic should check the wheel regularly and it is advisable to use tyres at max 40psi as this will reduce the fatigue on the wheelset.

      We are cyclists ourselves and do of course go above and beyond to offer excellent service if you ever do experience any issues. We carry full spares at very reasonable prices and offer complete support.

      Tubeless Tyre Fitting Options

      We can supply or fit tubeless tyres (including sealant) to your wheels. The wheels are also designed to work excellently with clincher tyres and tubes. See recommended tyre options below.

      Maximum tyre pressure for this rim: up to 2.5" do not exceed 40psi. 2.6 - 3.0" - do not exceed 30psi. Please do not exceed the maximum pressure stated on your tyre.
